In this role, Ale will work closely with leadership and teams across ACKWEST Group companies to guide how the company hires, develops, and works together as it continues to grow – designing a culture that attracts the industry’s top talent.
Vargas brings broad experience partnering with fast-moving, global organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at LIV Golf, where she supported teams across multiple countries and helped build people operations during a period of significant change. Her background spans hospitality, sports, and telecommunications, with a focus on talent development, leadership partnership and creating inclusive environments where employees can thrive while contributing their best work.
